1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Ogroj (accessible at ogroj.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle manages the payment processing, billing inquiries, and handles the financial execution of refunds. Your financial transaction and related billing terms are governed by Paddle.com.
3. Services Provided
Ogroj provides digital services, including website development, graphic design, digital marketing, video editing, and related maintenance subscriptions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for custom projects will be outlined in separate project proposals or service agreements.
4. Payments and Billing
All payments for digital products, subscriptions, or custom services are processed securely through Paddle.com. By providing a payment method, you authorize Paddle.com to charge the applicable fees. Recurring subscriptions will be billed automatically according to the selected billing cycle until canceled.
5. Client Responsibilities
For custom projects and ongoing services, clients are required to provide necessary materials, content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may result in adjustments to project timelines and delivery dates.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all associated fees, the client assumes ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website frontend, final graphics). Ogroj retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a prior Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed. Pre-existing assets, open-source frameworks, or third-party tools (e.g., premium plugins, stock images) remain the property of their respective original owners.
7. Revisions and Refunds
Revisions are provided strictly as outlined in the specific service package purchased. Refund eligibility and processes are governed entirely by our established Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ogroj, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
